First Week of 21 Day Fix

Well I am super excited to share with you.... I have lost 2 pounds in my first week. YAY.

The eating has been super easy minus battling my sweet tooth cravings. I still have those but omg I am loving my Shakeology. I got the chocolate flavor and I love adding bananas and I really love adding peanut butter. Using coffee with vanilla extract is even yummier. 

As far as the workouts, some are tougher than others, but you have to work at it right?
